Health tip- try when kids back from physical play or when you back from office and trying to indulge in a quick unhealthy snack.

Tawa Fried Tofu (Cooking time 2-5 min)

  1. Cut open the Veg4U Masala Tofu into cubes
  2.  
  3. Sauté the cut cubes on a pan with 1/2 table spoon of butter/oil.
  4.  
  5. Flip on all sides, keep the flame low & it’s ready.

You may also roll it between your
chapati or top up your Kathi rolls.

Chat Pata Tandoori Tikka (Cooking time 2-5 min )

  1. Cut open the Tandoori Masala packet. Chop onion, tomato & capsicum in broad cubes or your choice of veggies and arrange them into skewers/toothpicks.
  2.  
  3. Add a little butter on pan & roast on all sides till golden brown and its ready. 

Tofu Salads (Cooking time 5-10 min)

  1. Saute Veg4U masala tofu cubes on Tawa/Pan. 
  2.  
  3. Add pan fried tofu cubes to your choice of salad veggies like tomato, onion, bell peppers, roasted peanut, boiled chickpeas/sprouts .
  4.  
  5. Squeeze lemon, salt, & black pepper and enjoy the healthy treat.
  6.  

Sizzzling Smokey BBQ (Preparation time 2-5 min)

  1. Cut open Veg4U Sizzling Smokey Tofu pack. Chop Onion, Tomato, Bell pepper.

  2. Arrange all in skewers / toothpicks.
     
  3. Pan fry/roast on tawa from all sides. 

  4. Put a few drops of lemon and ready.

 

Vegan Burgers ( Cooking Time: 2-5 Min )

  1. Slice the masala tofu in thin sheets and saute it on pan with little butter.
  2.  
  3. Place in between your burger buns topup with tomato and onion slices.
  4.  

Enjoy the tasty meals.

 

Tofu Combinations

  1. Spark up your biryani with our favourite Tofu Tandoori Masala or your choice of Tofu.
  2. Add it to your favourite soup & salads.
  3. Top up your Indian curries to add nutrition.
  4. Stuff your favourite sandwiches/breads and paranthas. 

 

Yogurt Mint Dip

  1. Grind some coriander leaves, mint leaves, one or two green chilli & one clove of garlic in grinder.
  2.  
  3. Mix above paste in vegan curd & add salt & roasted cumin powder as per taste.
